How can I make an online payment?
To make an online payment, login to the Dell Financial Services Website, and select the Payment Center link located at the top of the page.
Once you are in the Payment Center, select the Make a Payment link located in the Option section on the right side of the Bill Summary screen.
If you are making an online payment, you are required to provide information from a checking or money market account.
You will need:
Routing Transit Number
Enter in the required information and select the Make Payment button.

If I make a payment today, how soon can I use that credit to make a purchase?
It normally takes 2-3 business days for your payment to be reflected on your DPA account or DBC account. However, in some instances, your available credit may not reflect your payment for up to 10 days.
How is my minimum payment calculated?
The minimum payment on your DPA account will be the greater of 3.0% of the outstanding balance or $20.
The minimum payment on your DBC account will be the greater of 3.0% of the outstanding balance or $15.
Payments for DFS Business Leases are fixed. Details can be found in your lease contract. Payments must be made for the monthly payment, plus any miscellaneous items that are due.

Can I pay automatically each month?
For your convenience, Dell Financial Services offers the AutoPay plan in which your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your checking or money market account. Please visit the DFS AutoPay page for all the services available to you.
How are check payments processed?
When you send us a check as a payment, you authorize us to clear your check electronically. Your payment will show up on your statement as an electronic entry processed by Dell Financial. The electronic description will include the check serial number and the payee. DFS will keep a copy of the check for the period of time prescribed by law. If you need a copy of your original check, DFS will be able to supply it to you. You may be charged for this copy.
Why do I have to send a check if DFS electronically removes funds from my account?
DFS has not enrolled you in any kind of a direct debit program. We still need your check to initiate and set up the payment processing. This means you control the timing of each payment when you send the check. If you prefer to use direct debit instead of sending checks each month, please complete the Auto Pay Plan Form for your Dell Preferred Account, Dell Lease Account, Dell Loan Account, or Dell Business Credit Account. You may also sign up for reoccuring payments online by logging into your account at www.dellfinancialservices.com.
How are my DPA payments applied?
We will apply payments to your account consistent with applicable law. Please review your Credit Agreement for more information.
How many days does it take for my payment to be reflected on my DPA or DBC account?
Please allow 2-3 business days for payments submitted online, pay by phone, and Autopay. For payments made by mail please allow an additional 5 business days for USPS to deliver the check or money order payment to the payment address.
