Payment Options for DPA Customers

Read below to learn about the payment options available for your Dell Preferred Account.
Take the time now to set up Online Bill Pay!  It will make paying your bill much easier and faster down the road.
Login and visit the Dell Financial Services Payment Center to begin.  Be sure to have your checking account information ready to go.

Getting Started:
1.    Click here to create an online profile or here to log into your online account.
    1. 2.    If you are creating your profile, or adding your DPA account to an existing profile, enter your 19 digit account number.  Then, follow the steps outlined to complete the process.  For step-by-step instructions on how to complete your profile, go here.
3.    Once you are logged in, click on the 'Payment Center' link at the top of the page or select the 'Pay' link next to your account number.
4.    Payments made by 5 PM CT will be credited the same day. Payments made after 5 PM CT will be credited on the following calendar day.
5.    Allow 2 to 3 business days for payment to appear on your Dell Preferred Account
Note: If paying via your online banking account, please ensure that your bank allows the complete 19 digit Dell Preferred Account number to be entered for accurate crediting to your account.

Forget the hassles of writing checks and buying stamps.  Have your monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or money market account each month.
1.     Follow the steps for creating an online profile, or log into your online account here.
2.    To enroll into Autopay, click on the 'Pay' button or ‘Payment Center’ link.
3.     On the Bill Summary Page, click ‘Automatic Payment’ to set up your Bank Account and Autopay feature for your account.
Note: Your next automatic payment will not take effect until your next billing statement. If you have a current minimum payment due, please make separate arrangements to make this payment.

Paying by phone is easy!  Just call our dedicated Payment Line at 866-509-9319.

·         Have your 19-digit Dell Preferred Account number, zip code, and checking account information available.
·         Payments made using our automated telephone system by 5:00pm CT will be processed the same day.  Payments made using our automated telephone system after 5:00pm CT will be processed the next day.
·         DFS representatives are available to take expedited, same-day payments until 8:00pm CT Monday through Friday. 
·         Same-day expedited payments taken by a DFS representative require a fee and must be processed and completed by 8:00pm CT.
·         The fee for processing a same-day expedited payment is $14.95.
·         Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your phone payment to appear on your account.

·         Make your check or money order payable to: DELL PREFERRED ACCOUNT
·         Include your 19-digit account number on the check or money order
·         Fill in the ‘Amount Enclosed’ on your payment coupon for accurate posting, and ensure it equals the amount on your check.
·         IMPORTANT! Enclose the payment coupon with the check in the return envelope.
·         Please DO NOT staple, paper clip, fold or tape contents together.
·         Allow 5 business days for the US Postal Service to deliver your payment to the payment address.
·         Payments received by 5:00pm local time will be credited the same day
·         Allow 2 to 3 business days for your payment to appear on your Dell Preferred Account.
