How do I contact DFS?

Please visit Customer Service to obtain information on how to contact us via Phone, Mail, or E-mail.

How do I change my DFS information?

Please login to your account profile at www.dellfinancialservices.com and click on the My Profile link at the top of the page.  From here, you will be able to update all the contact information for each account associated to your profile as well as your profile contact information if needed.

When will I get credit for my returned merchandise?

Credits to your account may take up to 60 days from the date of return.  1.  You can view your account information, including your most recent credits/transactions, by logging into your account profile at www.dellfinancialservices.com and select the "Account Summary" page.  2.  If your credit has not yet been processed, you may call Dell Customer Service at 800-624-9897 for a status.  Please have your Dell Order Number or Dell Customer Number available.  3. If you do not have an account profile, you may call Dell Financial Services automated account line for the DPA account at 800-283-2210 or DBC account at 866-413-3355 to learn more about recent transaction(s) to your account, which may include credit(s) processed for purchase(s) returned to Dell.

How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status online by visiting: http://support.dell.com/support/order/status.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=pn, or you may call Dell Customer Service at 800-624-9897.  Please have your Dell Order Number or Dell Customer Number available.

How do I modify my order?

Immediately call your Dell Sales Representative for any changes to the equipment on your order. If you delay contacting your sales representative, your equipment may already be in transit to you.  Please have your Dell Order Number or Dell Customer Number available when calling Dell Customer Service at 800-624-9897.

How do I change my marketing communications preferences?

Click here to login to your account profile.  You can make changes to your marketing preferences by selecting the "Update Marketing Preferences" link located in the "More Actions" drop down list on the Account Summary page.  Your Marketing Communications Profile changes will not impact communications you receive from DFS on billing, Terms and Conditions, or any other communications we are legally required to send you.

How do I change my Dell contact information?

In order to update your Dell Computer contact information, such as Shipping Address, please contact Dell at 800-624-9897.  Please have your Dell Customer Number or Dell Order number available.
